We would much rather help you achieve a successful scanning experience than for you to be frustrated.
There are several methods available for contacting iCopyRadio for help with the website and desktop application. We strive to provide same day support, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Chat: You can chat with iCopyRadio support via the instant messenger available at this link. Chat is also accessible from the icon on the bottom right hand corner of the website (depending on user status, device, availability, etc.). Chat is available when a support representative is able to quickly respond to your message; you may alternatively email us at Support@iCopyRadio.com.
Email: Contact us at Support@iCopyRadio.com and include any information and documentation (e.g. pictures, screenshots) about your question or problem. We will review your information and reply via email, phone, or chat. Please leave a phone number and a good time to call if you would prefer a phone call.
Remote Assistant: With the iCopyRadio Assistant, we can access your computer to configure software, program your scanner, or help with problems. The Remote Assistant is commonly utilized alongside other support methods. Visit the iCopyRadio Assistant webpage to download the portable application (no installation required) and for instructions.
